KNS Lockout LLC — Reporting App Privacy Policy

Effective September 16, 2026.

This policy describes the KNSLOCKOUTLLC application in the KNS AUTO MANAGE Google Cloud project, operated by KNS Lockout LLC for its business reporting. It is not a complete privacy policy for all locksmith customer records or website activity.

Purpose and information accessed

The application connects an authorized KNS Google Business Profile to a weekly performance report. Setup uses business account and location identifiers to select the correct profile. The current reporting script retrieves daily totals for call-button clicks and website clicks for the previous week. Call-button clicks do not identify callers and do not establish that a call was completed. The script does not retrieve call recordings, customer email messages, payment details, or individual website visitors.

Google authorization supplies credentials used to access the approved profile. The requested Business Profile permission can allow management actions, but the current weekly reporting script only reads performance data. Any separate live business-profile changes require the owner’s approval.

Use and service providers

KNS uses this information to understand business performance and prepare reports for its owner. Google processes authorization and API requests. Reports are intended to be displayed in Codex, so report content may be processed by OpenAI under the owner’s service settings. Report files are currently configured to be written in a OneDrive folder and may therefore sync to Microsoft OneDrive if synchronization is enabled. These providers’ own privacy terms also apply to their services.

KNS does not sell Google API data or use it for advertising targeting, and will use and disclose it only for the reporting purposes described here, consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its applicable Limited Use requirements.

Storage and protection

The credential-saving tool stores the client secret and refresh token encrypted with Windows protection tied to the local Windows user and computer, outside the report folder. Credentials are not intended to be placed in reports or chat messages. Authorized software running as that Windows user can decrypt them to obtain an access token. Reports contain metric totals, reporting dates, and data-availability notes.

Retention, disconnection, and deletion

The owner can revoke the application’s Google account access to stop future authorized retrieval. Revoking access does not delete previously generated reports. Local credentials, local reports, synced OneDrive copies, and Codex conversations must be managed separately using the controls of those systems. Provider backups and retention settings may affect when copies are removed.

The owner selected a 14-day retention period for generated report files. Cleanup removes recognized report files whose last modification was at least 14 days ago when the cleanup process runs. Exact deletion at the 14-day mark is not guaranteed while the computer or automation is offline. Cleanup is configured for the daily audit and before weekly report generation. This does not automatically delete Codex conversations, OneDrive recycle-bin items, or provider backups. KNS handles deletion requests through the contact below.

Material changes to the application’s data practices should be reflected in this policy before the changed processing begins.
