By accessing our website (knslockoutllc.org) or utilizing any lockout, vehicle key programming, or locksmith services provided by KNS Lockout LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client," "Customer," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Scope of Services

KNS Lockout LLC provides automotive, commercial, and residential lockout services, as well as vehicle key and smart key programming in Eastern Missouri. All automotive key programming and service procedures adhere to industry regulations and NASTF standards.


3. Proof of Ownership & Verification

To prevent unauthorized entry or key duplication, KNS Lockout LLC requires clients to present valid government-issued photo identification along with proof of ownership or legal authorization (such as vehicle registration, title, or property lease/deed) before any lockout or key creation service is performed. We reserve the right to decline service if proof of ownership cannot be established.


4. Rates and Payment


Estimates & Service Fees: Service fees and service call charges will be quoted prior to dispatch or performance of work.


Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.


Unpaid Balances: Failure to pay for completed services at the time of rendering may result in additional collection fees, legal proceedings, or reported default.


5. Cancellations & Service Call Fees

Once a technician has been dispatched to your location, cancellations may be subject to a standard service call dispatch fee to cover labor, travel, and operational costs incurred.


6. Limitation of Liability

KNS Lockout LLC performs all services with professional care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, hardware, or vehicle ignitions. In no event shall KNS Lockout LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.


7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Missouri.
